Utah Shakespeare Festival Announces New Board Members

The Utah Shakespeare Festival recently announced the addition of five new members to its board of governors: D. Matthew Moscon, Wayne L. Niederhauser, Ed Golembiewski, Ann Crocker, and Ken Adelman. These new members bring different and valuable insights to help forward the mission of the Festival. They will begin their three-year term starting this month. A complete list of the Festival's Board of Governors may be found at www.bard.org.

"We are deeply indebted to the service our board members provide in supporting and advising the Utah Shakespeare Festival staff and company. I am indebted to my fellow board members and sincerely look forward to working with the new members of our team," said Nancy Slitz, chair of the board of governors.

He has a bachelor's degree in construction management-engineering and a master's degree in finance and accounting. Golembiewski is a certified professional cost estimator by the American Society of Professional Estimators. He maintains his commitment to the Las Vegas Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and he often lectures for various architectural and construction related organizations. He and his wife have supported the Utah Shakespeare Festival for over 27 years.

Ann Crocker currently serves as the co-chair of the Sorenson Legacy Foundation board of directors and has served as a director of that organization for the past seven years.
