Pioneer Theatre Company, Utah Food Bank and Wells Fargo are teaming up to help those in need this holiday season.

“In the spirit of Charles Dickens and the holiday season, we are asking our ticket holders to bring non-perishable food items and drop them off in the theatre lobby during our presentation of A Christmas Carol: The Musical,” said Chris Lino, managing director for Pioneer Theatre Company. “As we’ve learned from this timeless tale, giving to those in need is what Christmas is all about.”

Beginning Friday, Nov. 30, Wells Fargo will give $1 per pound of non-perishable food donated – up to $10,000 – to the Utah Food Bank during Pioneer Theatre Company’s production of A Christmas Carol: The Musical.

Pioneer Theatre Company is delighted to welcome and introduce Utahns to the new musical version of Dickens’ beloved holiday classic. The production runs through Saturday, Dec. 15.
